In our continuous effort to deliver outstanding UI experience, we are excited to introduce the latest updates to SSA UI kit.

To address this, we launched SSA PeopleOps Suite last year—our own platform designed to optimize people operations. Validated by our employees, the suite undergoes continuous enhancements, incorporating new features to align with modern business needs.
Recently, we introduced several key updates to further refine the platform.
Enhanced Department Dashboards
SSA PeopleOps Suite already includes a comprehensive company-wide dashboard, offering valuable insights into people operations. The latest addition—department-specific dashboards—enables a more granular analysis of team performance and workforce dynamics. By diving deeper into departmental data, leaders can now make more informed, data-driven decisions.
It’s also worth highlighting that all dashboards are developed using SSA UI Kit, our in-house solution that accelerates the creation of intuitive and visually appealing dashboards and administrative panels.

Advanced Employee Assessment Capabilities
SSA Group has long adopted a sophisticated approach to employee assessment, and we continue to push automation forward. Our latest upgrades include automated competency evaluations, assessment summary generation, and streamlined completion workflows. The next milestone? Automated HR form generation. This feature allows HR teams to create frequently used assessment forms using pre-defined templates, significantly reducing manual effort and ensuring consistency.
