1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

1.1 Account Information

  • Email Address: Used for communication purposes, such as account-related notifications and updates.
  • Password: Used to authenticate access to your account on CTP. Your password is stored securely.
  • Username: Identifies you within CTP.

1.2 API Key Information

  • Public and Private API Keys: Required for integrating your cryptocurrency exchange account with CTP. The keys are used to enable automated trading actions as part of your strategy.

1.3 Messaging Information

  • Messenger Information: If you choose to link a messenger account (e.g., Telegram) to receive notifications, we collect your messenger ID for communication purposes.

1.4 Trading and Financial Data

  • Bot Performance Data: Information about the automated trading actions' performance, including profit and loss generated.
  • Financial Performance: Metrics related to the financial results of trades made by your strategy, including gains and losses.
  • History of Bot Activity: Logs of trading history, including executed trades, success/failure of trades, and other relevant trading actions.

1.5 Strategy Automation Data

  • Strategy Parameters and Rules: Conditions, triggers, and logic defined by you (the client) and implemented by SSA Group according to your specifications.
  • Strategy Configuration: Execution settings such as selected assets, timeframes, order types, limits, thresholds, and other operational parameters defined during implementation.
  • Simulation and Back test Results: Performance data generated during testing and optimization prior to or during live operation.
  • Strategy Execution Data: Information related to the behavior of the deployed strategy within CTP, including runtime parameters and version history.
  • User Interaction Logs: Records of your actions related to monitoring and managing the deployed strategy (e.g., enabling, disabling, viewing performance).

2. Data Security

We take the security of your personal data and strategy data seriously:

  • Your password is stored securely using encryption.
  • Your API keys are stored in an encrypted form.
  • Your email and messenger information is stored securely and used only for communication related to CTP.
  • Your strategy data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is strictly limited to authorized processes required for execution or support.

We do not have access to your cryptocurrency funds or transaction details beyond what is necessary to execute your strategy using the provided API keys.

3. Data Retention

We retain the information collected through CTP only for as long as necessary to operate it, comply with legal obligations, and ensure security and performance.

Upon account closure or deletion request, all data associated with your account will be removed in accordance with applicable laws and internal data retention policies.

You may request deletion of any or all of your data at any time.

4. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data. For example, if you are in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Additionally, if you are a resident of California, USA, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

4.1 GDPR Rights (For EU/EEA Users)

  • Right to Access: You can request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to Rectification: You can request corrections to any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Right to Erasure: You can request the deletion of your personal data.

4.2 CCPA Rights (For California Residents)

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience and improve the functionality of CTP. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

7. Limitation of Liability and Developer Protection

  • SSA Group provides the technical implementation of strategies defined by clients within CTP. The intellectual property of the strategy belongs to the Client.
  • SSA Group does not guarantee profits or financial results from the use of your strategy. You assume all risk associated with using your strategy and executing trades.
  • SSA Group is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from system downtime, errors, technical issues, or third-party integrations.
  • SSA Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of CTP.
  • Strategy execution and all CTP data are handled according to the confidentiality and security measures described in this Privacy Policy. SSA Group will not use your strategy data for purposes outside the agreed scope without your explicit consent.
  • SSA Group may use aggregated, anonymized data for internal testing, platform optimization, or research purposes, without identifying individual clients or their strategies.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the API keys and credentials you provide are accurate and that your use of CTP complies with the terms of your exchange and applicable laws.

8. Children’s Privacy

CTP is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete that information.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated to you via email. By continuing to use CTP after updates, you agree to the updated Privacy Policy.
