Taras Grytsenko is a business development leader and a catalyst for change in SSA Group. Having extensive experience in the IT field, he contributed significantly to the company’s growth.

After earning a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, he continued education in the UK at WIT (University of Wales) and received a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in IT and Numerical Methods in December 2008. Taras is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer, Project Management Professional, and Professional Scrum Master.

After co-founding SSA Group in 2007, Taras headed Mobile, Data & Desktop departments, as well as a sales team. Being a Chief Technology Officer from 2008 to 2015, he led technology strategy and execution, building cutting-edge solutions for SSA Group partners. With strong negotiation skills, Taras has a successful track record of facilitating win-win situations across SSA Group and with the blue-chip business partners. Taras held the position of CEO from 2016 to 2017.

Apart from this, he launched Event-O-Planner, a platform for rapid development of mobile apps for events, and Secret Horse, a gambling platform for predicting horse race outcomes.

Throughout his career, Taras strived to extend the breadth of the business and to improve quality for the clients’ projects. In October 2019, he became a Chief Executive Officer of SSA Group for the second time.

Pavlo Pochuyev received a Master of Science degree from the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” in 2003, and soon after completed an internship program at Universität Klagenfurt, Austria.

After co-founding SSA Group in 2007, he led PHP, Node.js, eCommerce, and Frontend departments. Pavlo is Zend Certified Engineer and Professional Scrum Master.

Pavlo became the first Chief Executive Officer of SSA Group. But since 2019, he has concentrated on managing marketing and sales activities, driving business outcomes.

Extensive experience in software development, marketing, sales, and account management allowed Pavlo to become an advisor for clients on how to achieve business objectives in software projects.

Volodymyr graduated from National Technical University Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute in 2008 having received a Specialist's degree in Devices and Systems of non-destructive testing and later in 2013, he got a Master's degree in Software Engineering at Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics. He has substantial experience of more than 20 years in IT infrastructure.

Volodymyr started his career path in 2001 as a System Administrator. During his work in different companies as a technical specialist he has had experience dealing with such Hardware systems as Cisco and APC and their variations, Supermicro Servers platforms and HP Servers platforms. In addition, Volodymyr has widely worked with different Operating systems from Microsoft Windows Servers to Ubuntu and others. What is more, he is an expert in working with Cloud Platforms like Windows Azure, Amazon AWS and Office 365. In his workflow, he underwent various challenges and learned new things that helped him to grow to CTO at his previous place of work.

And in 2022 Volodymyr’s extensive professional background and skills allowed him to obtain a position at SSA Group as CIO. Volodymyr is an open-minded person with a great sense of responsibility and interpersonal skills. He is a proactive A-class team player whose qualifications are valuable assets to SSA group.

As CIO Volodymyr is responsible for maintenance and management of SSA Group software and hardware infrastructure and makes sure that all the systems work properly and efficiently. Under his prominent supervision company’s infrastructure is always in the process of constant development and improvement.

Tatiana Grytsenko is a legal expert and executive with extensive experience in Jurisprudence. Since 2010, she has been working in SSA Group and formed the basis of Finance, Recruitment and HR departments.

Having a Master’s degree in Business Law from Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, she ensures the company’s activities are in full compliance with national and international regulations.

Since 2016, Tatiana has been holding the position of Chief Administrative Officer of SSA Group. She is fully engaged in managing business processes, accounting, business support, financial planning, and analysis.

Dmytro is a recognized expert in creating native and cross-platform mobile apps with more than 20-year experience. Having obtained a Master’s degree in Computer Sciences from National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”, he’s gone an extra mile to get his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Progressive Information Technologies. Dmytro is an unchallenged leader of the SSA Group team in the intellectual game #ITchgk.

Since 2016, he has been leading the Mobile development department, consisting of mobile application developers, QA engineers, and project managers. Before becoming a Head of the department, he has worked as a project manager in this department for four years. Dmytro strives to create a challenging atmosphere on every project to attain the clients’ business goals.

SSA Mobile designed applications for Manchester City F.C., BVS, Warner Bros. Entertainment, BMW, ASICS, and other brands.

Since 2012, Yevgen has been working in SSA Group. With a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Kharkiv Aviation Institute and excellent skills in web and desktop .NET technologies, he is also a Xamarin Certified Mobile Developer.

In December 2018, Yevgen became a Head of Data and Desktop Department, consisting of data science specialists and developers. Having extensive experience in Data Science, Yevgen’s team designs scalable data solutions, combining the entire range of database-related activities, such as Data Collection, Data Analysis, Machine Learning, and Big Data.

Yevgen focuses on extending his department’s expertise and improving an in-house web crawling solution, providing enterprises with data visualization and analysis tools, means of brand perception analysis, customer satisfaction, and sales prediction.

Among the clients of Data and Desktop Department are Data Ladder, Stanley Black & Decker, Maier & Maier, and ZignSec.

Having joined SSA Group in 2010, Vladimir is an expert in .NET technologies. He holds a Master’s degree in System Analysis from National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”.

Being a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer and Kentico Certified Developer, Vladimir served as a Team leader on the ASP.NET based CMS projects. Since December 2018, he has been leading the Fullstack .NET department. The main expertise of the department lies in development of highly-scalable ASP.NET solutions, such as SaaS, corporate portals, online stores, etc. 

Apart from IT, he represents SSA Group in intellectual game #ITchgk and outdoor activities, such as city marathons and obstacle course races.

Among the clients of the Fullstack .NET team are On-site, Moonstone, InnovationDB, TALLGRASS.AI, and Fuze.

Yevgeniia Bezhenar has obtained a Master’s degree in Pedagogics and Linguistics fromH.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University. She has gained extensive experience working as an HR generalist and Head of the HR department.

In February 2022, Yevgeniia became a Recruitment Lead at SSA Group. She is fully engaged in the development of the recruitment department and providing relevant candidates for our clients’ projects.

Natalia Korostelyova has been working in SSA Group as a Business Development Manager since 2014.

Having obtained a Master’s degree in English and Japanese Language and Literature from H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University, she decided to build her career in sales.

Since December 2019, Natalia holds the position of Lead BDM, fostering business relationships with the company’s clients.

Since October 2010, Yuliya Selutina has been working in SSA Group. She has obtained a Master’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics.

In June 2016, Yuliya became a Senior Accountant, and since January 2019, she holds the position of Accountant Lead. Her responsibilities cover accounting, financial planning, and other financial operations in SSA Group.
