Freelance IT Recruiter
SSA Group is looking for a freelance IT recruiter to assist us in closing technical vacancies if needed.
We are interested in long-term cooperation. If the collaboration is successful and the workload grows, we are open to offering a full-time in-house position.
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years of IT recruitment experience (preferably in full-cycle recruiting)
- Strong sourcing skills: LinkedIn, Djinni.co, job boards, networking, direct search techniques
- Successful track record of closing Senior-level positions
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes and candidate lifecycle
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Attention to detail and strong candidate evaluation abilities
- Comfortable communicating with technical teams and department heads to understand hiring needs
- Intermediate or higher level of English

Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates via LinkedIn, Djinni.co, professional communities, etc.
- Screen CVs and online profiles to identify intense matches
- Conduct initial interviews
- Communicate closely with department heads and technical interviewers during the hiring process
- Represent SSA Group professionally in all candidate interactions
