New in SSA Lead Navigator: Enhanced functionality with Account datasets
We’re excited to announce a new update to Lead Navigator that gives users more control and flexibility in targeting the right leads: Account datasets.
The past two months have been bustling with activity for SSA PeopleOps Suite team. While much of our effort went into behind-the-scenes refinement and system groundwork, we also rolled out some major upgrades that directly enhance user experience and system functionality. Notable highlights include a seamless transfer of the Configuration module, significant improvements to the Assessment process, and the launch of a revamped Reports module.
As with any robust and dynamic system, evolution is both necessary and inevitable. SSA PeopleOps Suite has undergone a structural enhancement with the migration of the Configuration module into the broader Settings module, accompanied by a refreshed, more intuitive design.
Formerly a standalone component, Configuration now resides within Settings, unifying its purpose and user interface. This module supports a range of dictionaries tailored to organizational needs—covering Businesses and Clients, Company, Education, Employee, Expertise, Geography, Time Tracking, and Assessment groups. These dictionaries ensure consistency and adaptability across the system, reflecting the unique terminology and architecture of each company.
In our previous updates, we introduced automation features such as automated competency evaluations, assessment summary generation, and dynamic HR form creation. This time, we’ve taken things a step further.
We’re thrilled to unveil the automated generation of assessment result summaries, eliminating the need for manual data entry and significantly boosting efficiency. The enhancement is made possible through the introduction of a new assessment outcomes dictionary, ensuring accuracy, speed, and consistency throughout the evaluation process.
Reports are the backbone of informed decision-making for HR professionals and C-level executives alike. Our newly upgraded Reports module introduces not only a sleek, modern design but also expanded functionality—making it more insightful and visually engaging than ever before.
