SSA PeopleOps Suite: The latest product update 

It’s been a while since our last SSA PeopleOps Suite update — not because the team was on vacation, but because we’ve been working intensively on meaningful improvements. Today, we’re excited to introduce the updated People and Project module home pages, featuring a refreshed design and enhanced functionality. 

People module 

The People module now serves not only as a central entry point to individual employee profiles, but also as a powerful tool for advanced employee search and management. 

Advanced filters 

Users can quickly find employees using an extended set of filters grouped into three key categories: 

1. Employment Details 
Includes: 

• Employment Status
• Employment Type
• Staff Type
• Seniority
• Speciality
• Key Competency
• Position 

2. Company & Work Conditions 
Includes: 

• Department
• People Partner
• Work Mode
• Work Schedule 

3. Personal Information 
Includes: 

• Gender
• Age
• Marital Status 

Column Options 

To further personalize the experience, users can customize the results table using column options: 

• Select which columns to display in the filtered employee list
• Reorder columns via drag-and-drop
• Column preferences are saved per user, so there’s no need to reconfigure them each time 

In addition, users can: 

• Export filtered results
• Add new employees directly from the module using the “Add New Employee” button 

Project Module 

The Project module home page now follows a design and interaction pattern similar to the People module, ensuring a consistent user experience. 

It displays a clear overview of projects, including: 

• Project title and description
• Current team members
• Start and end dates
• Clients 

Project Filters 

Projects can be filtered by: 

• Status
• Duration
• Department
• Client
• Client Country
• Account Manager
• Cooperation Model
• Activities
• Time Tracking 

An “Add New Project” button is also available for quick project creation.

This enhanced approach to People and Project filtering empowers service-based companies working with highly skilled specialists to: 

• Search faster
• Navigate data more efficiently
• Use the system in a more structured and effective way
