SSA PeopleOps Suite – June update: Performance, reports & smarter dashboards 

In June, SSA PeopleOps Suite team continued to focus on enhancing system performance while also introducing new, valuable features to make the platform an even more powerful tool for everyone involved in people operations. From HR professionals to team leads, our goal remains the same: to streamline workflows and provide actionable insights through intuitive design and smart automation. 

Let’s take a closer look at what we accomplished last month. 

Reports module: Mission accomplished! 

After launching the first phase of our Reports module in May, we’re thrilled to announce that the module is now complete and fully functional. With this latest update, it includes a total of 11 insightful reports that help HR teams make informed decisions. 

Here’s what’s new in June: 

• Changes in Profiles – Monitor key updates in employee records and lifecycle events
• Terminated Employees – View termination data categorized by reason and seniority level
• FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) – Assess employee allocation and workload across departments
• Seniority – Track seniority distribution, particularly in technical departments
• Staff Growth Coefficient – Understand hiring trends and overall growth patterns
• Staff Turnover Coefficient – Keep an eye on turnover rates and patterns over time
• Upgraded Certifications – Access a consolidated view of employee certifications, filters, and status tracking in one place. 

And that’s not all—the Reports module is designed to be flexible and customizable, allowing companies to tailor reports based on the specific metrics and data points they care about most. 

New dashboard widgets: Visualizing growth & turnover 

To support more data-driven decision-making, we’ve added new dashboard widgets that visualize: 

• Staff Growth vs. Staff Turnover Coefficients
• Hired vs. Terminated Employees over time 

These additions provide at-a-glance insights that help leadership and HR teams assess workforce dynamics more efficiently than ever before. 

What’s next 

While the biggest updates are visible in the Reports module and dashboard, much of our work continues behind the scenes. We’re actively improving: 

• System performance
• Design consistency
• Bug fixes
• Data migration processes
• Scalability for future updates
