Recruiter

SSA Group is looking for a Recruiter to work on a permanent basis.

Candidate requirements:

• 1+ years of work experience as a recruiter in IT
• Good communication and relationship building skills
• Attention to detail, strong reviewing and selection skills
• Strong risk assessment skills
• Ability to communicate with Heads of Departments in order to effectively implement their expectations when searching for candidates
• Experience with tools and platforms like LinkedIn, work.ua, rabota.ua, dou.ua, social networks, etc.
• Result oriented, self-guided and motivated professional
• Intermediate English
