Senior Project Manager

This role is a perfect fit for someone who enjoys working with international projects in collaborative environment as well as lives and breathes with Agile.

• 3+ years of relevant work experience as a Senior Project Manager 
• Experience in managing a team of 6+ people  
• Solid understanding of project management processes 
• Experience managing projects within time, scope, budget and quality requirements follow PMI philosophy 
• Strong working knowledge of software development lifecycle and experience with Agile/SCRUM  
• Be able to work both independently and in a team  
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills (both verbal and written)  
• Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking  
• Previous experience as software developer, QA or BA  
• Technical education is a must  
• Upper-Intermediate English level
• PSM or PMP certification 

• Gathering and managing requirements, creating and maintaining backlog  
• Executing of the overall process of project planning, defining, estimating, and scheduling of project deliveries, risk management  
• Progress control: project activities, time and effort tracking, status reporting  
• Analyzing and tailoring project processes 
• Issues handling and resolving bottlenecks 
• Delivery of reports for stakeholders  
• Managing communications between departments within the company as well as with the client  
• Building the team and managing staff progress reviews  
• Creating managerial documentation  
• Managing delivery of the project based on project plan
