SSA Group is looking for a creative Marketing Lead to be responsible for development, implementation and management of data-driven marketing strategy, promoting company’s services and brand.

Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing or Business administration; 
  • 6+ years of working experience in digital marketing; 
  • 3+ years of team/project management experience; 
  • Experience in marketing for IT consultancy businesses; 
  • Experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns; 
  • Experience in creation and promotion of articles, video, case studies; 
  • Good knowledge of web design principles; 
  • Practical experience of working with website analytics tools; 
  • Experience of working with CRM and CMS; 
  • Strong leadership, creativity and great communication skills; 
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing;
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
Responsibilities
  • Build, plan and implement the digital marketing strategy for promotion of IT consultancy services and Employer brand; 
  • Manage the team responsible for UI/UX, content and promotion of the corporate website; 
  • Be responsible for organising target brainstorms and trigger the discussions of innovations; 
  • Manage activities related to SEO, SEM, SMM, database marketing, email, and display advertising campaigns from the idea to implementation; 
  • Measure and analyse marketing campaign’s performance and traffic indicators; 
  • Manage cooperation with external contractors and agencies; 
  • Plan digital marketing budgets.
