The right candidate is expected to be an expert in Linux/Windows OS administration and network equipment configuration. In our company, we have about 200 users and 10 servers.
You will process employees requests, manage and develop company infrastructure as well as manage team of two Technical Support engineers.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience
- Solid experience in implementation, integration and support of CRM, HRM, ATS, Accounting, Inventory, Time Tracking, Help Desk and Access control system solutions, etc.
- Practical experience in managing a team of at least 3 people
- Proficient in Linux/Unix/Windows OS administration and configuration (Windows 10, MacOS; Server 2012+, Ubuntu Server)
- Knowledge of MS Active Directory, System Center
- Virtualization systems (Hyper-V)
- Experience with Azure, Office 365, Exchange online
- Understanding of networking topologies, Internet services and protocols
- Experience in network equipment configuration (including Mikrotik routers)
- Excellent hardware knowledge
- Familiar with IP tables, Linux firewalling, DNS/bind, LAMP
- Scripting skills is a plus (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
- Familiar with source code management (GIT, SVN)
- Experience with MySQL and MS SQL Server DBMSes
- Strong communication, troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Self-disciplined, goal-oriented, good team player, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good English skills (Intermediate+)
Will Be a Plus
- Technical and/or managerial certifications
Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain and plan company software and hardware infrastructure
- Research and implement innovative solutions
- Manage team of Technical Support engineers
- Provide consultancy to Heads of Departments/Leads in order to automate and/or improve internal departments processes
- Integrate numerous company software solutions for the sake of data synchronisation and integrity across the company
- Assistance to company staff
- Troubleshooting of incidents, finding out a root cause of it and providing assistance
- General system administration tasks for company and clients
- Provide neccessary reports to CEO
